Mr. Parkyn has had over 15 years experience in recruitment and operational management for the healthcare, manufacturing, and service industries. Prior to joining MRI, he was a staffing manager for one of the largest HMO's in the country where his organization successfully hired over 900 professionals during a two year aggressive growth cycle. Before coming to the US in 1994, he was an Operations Director for a consumer products manufacturing plant in England with about 250 employees. Under his direction, that plant was the first of ten plants internationally to attain ISO 9000 certification.

With major start-up experience in the United States and overseas, Mr. Parkyn knows what it takes to deliver the right people on time and on budget.
